E-World Editing specializes
in editing scientific, technical and business documents written
in
English.
The majority of our clients are doctors, professors, and researchers
from South Korea and Japan, but we also make our services available
to writers from around the world. In addition
to our staff of technical editors, eWorldEditing has an excellent
management staff you can read about below.
Sun Choi, Customer Relations Executive: Sun
is an original member of the eWorldEditing team and was vital
to the company's early success. Sun understands the
common concerns of eWorldEditing's clientele and can answer any
question or concern you might have. One of Sun's biggest assets
is that she is fluent in English, Korean, and Japanese, so you
are able to communicate with her in whichever language you are
most comfortable. As an integral member of the company, she is
in constant
contact with
all of our
departments.
Jerry Nairns, Director of Sales & Operations: Jerry
is also a founding member of eWorldEditing. While working
as an Assistant Professor of English at Hanyang University for
8 years, he gained a keen understanding
of the problems Korean writers have with the English
language. He has helped scores of Korean professors,
doctors and researchers with their writing.
At the Hanyang Medical Research Center, he helped prepare numerous
medical professionals for presentations at international
conferences.
Because
of these experiences, Jerry knows what non-English speaking researchers
need and has assembled an outstanding staff of technical editors.
Yoon Hee Sohn, Institutional Liaison,
Seoul Branch: Since joining eWorld in January,
2004, Yoon Hee has become a tremendous asset to the company and
to our customers. As our link to university departments, hospitals,
and research centers in Korea, Yoon Hee provides informative presentations
of eWorld's services. If your institution

Brent Paschall, Chief Editor & Advisor: After
spending several years teaching in Europe
and the Middle East, Brent returned to Oregon to complete his post-doctoral
work in English Literature. Now teaching Technical Writing at
a local area college, Brent works closely with our technical editors
to ensure that every document is given the attention it deserves.
He is an expert in written communication and his experience overseas
has given him great insight to the needs of researchers who are
writing
in
English
as a second
language.
